Château Marquis de Terme, a historic and prestigious estate, spans 40 hectares in the heart of the Margaux appellation, one of the most renowned in Bordeaux. Classified as a 4th growth in 1855, this vineyard has been owned by the Sénéclauze family since 1935. Since then, it has embodied French viticultural excellence and expertise, but it was in 2009 that the château experienced a true revival under the leadership of Ludovic David. Since his arrival, the quality of the wines has continued to improve, making Château Marquis de Terme an essential reference among the great wines of Bordeaux.

An Exceptional Terroir Dedicated to Quality

The estate benefits from an exceptional terroir that gives it a unique identity. The 40 hectares of vines are planted on gravel soils, typical of the Margaux region, which promote optimal grape ripening. This terroir, combined with respectful viticulture methods and meticulous winemaking, allows Château Marquis de Terme to produce wines of remarkable quality, year after year.
