La Clairette is one of the oldest grape varieties in the south, typically southern. Its cylindro-convenient bunches have an average size. Its flesh is particularly juicy. The Clairette adapts to limestone soils, dry and not very fertile. It can be vinified alone as it can be associated with other grape varieties. It is best to cut it short for better production. This grape variety gives very alcoholic and not very tangy fresh wines that must be consumed in the year. Vines from Clairette are not able to watch.
