Antinori : Solaia 2017
Toscana - Red Wine -Solaia 2017 is a red wine full of greed offered by the Italian house Antinori. It is produced in Tuscany in the IGT Tignanello. Made from a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Sangiovese, and 5% Cabernet Franc, this 2017 vintage is produced only in exceptional vintages.
Tasting notes:
The robe: intense and deep ruby red
The nose: intense notes of black fruits, aromas of blackberries, and blackcurrants with balsamic notes of fresh mint and myrtle. The bouquet is completed by refined spicy aromas of white pepper, roasted cinnamon and cocoa powder
The palate: rich and full; soft, velvety and vibrant tannins give a long finish and a lingering aftertaste where the toasted notes reappear and accentuate the finish
The advice of 12bouteilles: Serving between 16 ° C and 18 ° C, Solaia 2013 is delicious with roast chicken.
