Antonin Guyon : Corton Grand Cru Les Bessandres 2015
Burgundy - Corton - Red Wine -The Bressandes in the Corton Grand-Cru appellation from Maison Antonin Guyon comes from remarkably well-located plots, spread over 8.5 hectares in the town of Aloxe-Corton. The vines are on average 35 years old and develop on clay-limestone soil. The harvests are carried out manually. Then, long vinification in wooden vats. Followed by aging in oak barrels for 18 months with 50% new barrels.
Tasting note:
The dress: red
The nose: 2015 is a sublime vintage which offers great aromatic richness focused above all on red fruit, but also peppery and undergrowth notes.
The palate: we find a wine with a beautiful balance and a lot of elegance. A wine full of structure with great aging potential. The tannins are both silky and round.
The advice of 12bouteilles:
A wine that perfectly matches a piece of meat or a dish in sauce, a duck or a pheasant. Serve at a temperature of around 16 ° -18 °.
