Antonin Guyon - Chambolle-Mussigny Clos du Village 2018
Burgundy - Chambolle-Musigny - Red Wine -The Chambolle-Mussigny Clos du Village Monopole 2018 from Maison Antonin Guyon is a red grand cru from the Côte de Nuits. The plot is located in the center of the Côte de Nuits, with an east / south-east facing vineyard. The vines are on average 40 years old and grow on land formed by Jurassic scree. The soil is limestone. The harvest is carried out manually in small boxes. Sorting of the harvest is carried out in the winery. Long vinification in wooden vats. This is followed by aging in oak barrels (1/3 new barrels) and bottling after 18 months.
