Champagne - Champagne - Blanc de Blancs -AYALA produces a top-quality Blanc de Blancs and presents this emblematic A/18 cuvée.
This new blend of 100% Grands Crus and Premiers Crus Chardonnays expresses the purity of the chalky soils of the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims around the uniqueness of the 2018 harvest.
2 Premiers Crus: Cuis for silky texture and Bisseuil for depth.
4 Grands Crus:Chouilly for its freshness and fruit, Cramant for its liveliness and fullness, Mesnil sur Oger for its tension and Oger for its chalky minerality.
The wines are vinified by micro-vinification on a parcel-by-parcel basis in small stainless steel vats.
The wine is aged in the cellar for 6 years before being sold.
The dosage is 5 g/L.
This first A/18 edition is entirely vintage. It will be followed by new interpretations that will continue to explore the various Chardonnay terroirs selected by Champagne AYALA at each harvest, allowing the cuvée to reinvent itself with each new edition.
The Chardonnay grape is in the majority in all its cuvées, and is the hallmark of the pure, balanced style of the House. It is the very essence of Champagne AYALA's ambitious project to embody the excellence and expertise of this white grape variety in Champagne.
