Bibi Graetz - Colore 2021
Toscana - Super Toscan - Red Wine -In this 2020 vintage, Colore de Bibi Greatz present its vintage like that :
“Colore is truly our maximum expression. When you taste Colore, the first thing that comes to mind is flowers. It is an explosion of the senses. It's like spring. When you go to the fields, you have scents, energy, power, beauty, sun... You have everything! There's all this Colore 2021."
In this vintage, the two wines (Testamatta and Colore) are 100% Sangiovese, an indigenous grape variety often compared to Pinot Noir.
"It is a pure Sangiovese which has the class of the great wines of Burgundy. Reminiscent of La Tache de Romanée Conti" Wine Spectator.
The 2020 mill will have a specific body (cover of the body is in metal, to make a family reminder because his father is a recognized artist in metal sculpture Gidon Graetz)
The vineyard is located on the hills of Fiesole which overlook the city of Florence. The cellar is located in a former historic hotel.
