Dalmau 2019 de Marques de Murrieta comes from the 9-hectare Canajas parcel at the heart of the Ygay estate.
The nose is powerful, releasing ripe black fruit, blackcurrant and plum aromas, followed by an elegant vanilla scent in its length.
On the palate the wine is elegant, splendid, refined, round fat and silky with the melted tannins so characteristic of great Rioja wines. A wine that combines power and elegance.

This 2019 vintage of Dalmau is made from a blend of 86% Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Graciano. This is a very great wine from the Rioja produced by the Bodega Marques de Murrieta.

Maria Vargas, Technical Director of Bodega Marques de Murrieta, describes the 2019 vintage as "the clearest expression of the character of the Canajas parcel" at our Ygay estate.

The wines are aged for 20 months in French oak barrels, then 6 months in concrete vats before bottling;

12 bouteilles advices : Drink now and within 5/7 years. serve chilled 16-18°C and open at least two hours before tasting. 
This wine goes well with all Spanish dishes, your grilled meats, your runny cheeses.
