The 2021 vintage is composed of Syrah and Tempranillo from vines between 40 and 80 years old, as well as a few younger bunches from carefully selected plots.
The colour is dark garnet red with magnificent density
The nose gives off intense, complex aromas with fruit and floral notes
On the palate, we discover a wine with depth and aromatic purity of extreme finesse and freshness. It has a powerful yet supple tannic structure.
The advice from 12bouteilles: Let the wine open, decant before serving. It will go perfectly with roasted red meat, duck breast or even a nice leg of lamb!
