Blend 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay, fermentation is carried out entirely in barrels. Bollinger only offers high quality harvest vintages: the excellent 2012 Bollinger vintage produces generous, full, lively and complex wines at the same time.
The Great Year 2012 presents a color delicately tinted with golden reflections, witness to the maturity of the wine, but also to Bollinger winemaking methods. The first nose opens with aromas of apricots, almonds and hazelnuts. The second nose reveals notes of honey and cereals producing a real symphony of aromas.
