Champagne Bollinger PN AYC 18
Champagne - Champagne - Brut -The PN Code AYC18 for this cuvée des Champagne Bollinger means that this is a Blanc de Noirs Brut de made from illustrious vineyards located in the communes of Aÿ, Tauxières and Verzenay blended with base wines from the 2018 vintage.
The nose releases notes of dried flowers, to which are added aromas of tobacco and mocha. Licorice and dried fruits complete this evolved, discreet and complex nose.
The mouth, the attack is fruity, notes of apricot, peach, exotic fruits followed by flavors of acacia honey, fresh walnuts and spices. A nice salinity completes the acidity of this wine. A finish on red fruits, blackcurrant cream and surprising notes of citrus peel. A lively wine, straight, very clean and in contrast with the nose.
The blend is made from 2018 associated with older wines from reserve magnums, the oldest of which dates from 2009.
Its maturation time is twice as long as the rules of the Appellation. Its dosage is very low: only 6 grams per litre.
Blend: 100% Pinot Noir
The advice of 12bouteilles: we advise you to serve this wine between 8 and 10°C. You can taste PN TX 17 now, or choose to let it evolve in the cellar.
