Caiarossa is the purest expression of the vineyards that make up the estate and shows all the complexity and nobility of the terroirs.
A nose of black fruits dominates with aromas of blackcurrant and redcurrants, the summer was very hot in Tuscany!
On the palate, the wine is supple and generous with round and easy tannins, beautiful freshness and great length.

The 2019 Caiarossa is a blend of 29% Cabernet Franc25% Merlot,, 20% Syrah5% Petit Verdot5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Sangiovese and 3% Alicante. A true expression of nature's luxury.

Caiarossa 2019 was vinified in oak barrels, 30% of which were new barrels, for 11 months for the most delicate grape varieties, Alicante, and up to 20 months for the most powerful, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon. After blending, the wines rested before bottling for 6 months in concrete vats.

The advice of 12bouteilles: a magical wine that you will have to have in your cellar! A delicious French Tuscan wine, the owners are the same as Château Giscours in Margaux.
