Champagne A. Bergère : Solera Blanc de Blancs Brut
Champagne - Champagne - Blanc de Blancs -Solera Blancs de Blanc Brut is a champagne produced by house A. Bergère. Coming from the terroir of the Petit Morin Valley, this 100% Chardonnay is a blend of 50% wine of the year and 50% of previous harvests (since 2013).
Tasting notes:
The robe: beautiful bright golden colour, fine bubbles
The nose: citrus notes, white fruits (peach, nectarine) and light notes of toast
The mouth: fresh, fine and lively, well-balanced and long
The advice of 12bouteilles: Serve around 8°-10°C, this sublime champagne can be enjoyed as an aperitif or to accompany a fish or a seafood platter.
The Maison A. Bergère was founded in the 19th century in Fèrebrianges by the A. Bergère family, custodians of know-how and its traditions the letter A. cross the centuries. The wines come from historical terroirs: the Petit Morin Valley, the Côte des Blancs and the Sézannais. The grape varieties of the estate are 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier.
