The blend of the 2021 vintage is made of est 80% de Merlot et 20% de Cabernet Franc.
The aging was 16 months in French oak barrels, 60% of which were new and 40% were used for wine.
The second wine of Château Angélus, this Saint Emilion 2021, vintage after vintage, always very close to its elder, coming from younger vines, it will be more quickly accessible.
12bouteilles' Advice: Keep it in your cellar, but if you do open this magnificent bottle, decant it for at least 3 hours and serve it chilled at around 18°C. It will pair perfectly with meats and firm cheeses.
