The colour is ruby red with purplish tints
The nose reveals concentrated notes of red fruit, followed by aromas of vanilla and liquorice.
On the palate, the roundness and finesse of the Merlot are evident, and the tannins are already smooth and harmonious.
Château Beau-Séjour Bécot is a premier grand cru classé in St-Émilion covering 19.04 hectares of vines on clay-limestone soils. The blend for the 2021 vintage is 85% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc and 2% Cabernet Sauvignon.
