Baron de Brane 2016
Bordeaux - Margaux - 2nd Wine - Red Wine -Baron de Brane 2016 is the second wine of Château Brane Cantenac in Margaux.
The 2016 vintage is a success noted by tasters 90/100 and more, Parker 89-91, Wine Spectator 87-90, Decanter 91 and James Suckling 92-93.
The wine bears the signature of the perfect vintage 2016: a real waltz of red fruits, arrived at perfect maturity.
The color is garnet, intense and deep.
The nose is very refined, expressive: we find strawberry, cherries, blackberry.
The attack is round, almost sweet, the tannins are supple and fine. Superb length in the mouth and a fresh and pure retro-olfaction.
We appreciate the second wines for their size while remaining affordable in terms of price, they meet our vision that a great wine is not necessarily an expensive wine!
This Margaux is a nugget that can be tasted in these young years and has a very good aging potential.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Enjoy it with a beef rib grilled on the barbecue with shallot butter, the deal will be perfect. We advise you to enjoy it after an hour in a carafe. You will find a nice Margaux full of fruit, typical of Bordeaux.
