Château Cambon la Pelouse 2015
Bordeaux - Haut Médoc - Cru Bourgeois - Red Wine -Proposed the 2015 vintage of Château Cambon la Pelouse is a Haut Médoc cru Bourgeois, one of the jewels of the appellation.
Château Cambon la Pelouse is always excellent value for money in the Haut-Médoc appellation.
Château Cambon la Pelouse 2015 is a red wine made with 50% Merlot, 47% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Petit Verdot. The vinification is done in oak barrels for about 12 months.
It is a complete wine where the fruits dominate.
Its color is deep red, its nose is dominated by black fruits and the woody oak barrels leave a vanilla, elegant touch.
This wine has a fleshy mouth, ripe and firm tannins, it can be goal now or be kept a few years in the cellar.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Open one hour before serving and serve at 17 ° C, this wine will go perfectly with a Bordeaux-style lamprey, a lamb navarin or a matured cheese plate.
