Château Chasse Spleen 2017
Bordeaux - Moulis - Cru Bourgeois - Red Wine -Chateau Chasse Spleen 2017 is a fabulous Cru Bourgeois from the Moulis-en-Medoc appellation. Its ageing potential will allow it to wait in your cellar for many years!
Tasting notes :
The robe: dark garnet, brilliant and limpid
The nose: fresh fruit, bright, spicy notes, brioche and toast
The palate: fresh and expressive attack, powerful and tender tannins at the same time. The whole presents a beautiful length
The advice of 12bouteilles: To drink now, serve it around 16°C. It will be perfect as an aperitif with a platter of fine charcuterie.
Historic estate of 105 hectares, Château Chasse-Spleen is located in the Moulis appellation, in the heart of the Médoc. With some of the best plots of land on the Grand Poujeaux hillside, Chasse-Spleen has become one of the jewels of the Médoc and one of the most famous crus of the Moulis appellation. Thanks to its richness of constitution as well as its aromatic power placing it at the head of the appellation, it gives birth to rich, elegant and digestible wines.
