To the eye, it has a purple colour with violet highlights
On the nose, black fruits emerge, blackcurrants and cherries, followed by woody and vanilla notes
On the palate, the attack is straightforward, typical of the Médoc, combined with good length and freshness. The wine is not very long, full-bodied with supple tannins.
This great Moulis wine will delight lovers of charming Médoc wines. A fine bottle to enjoy now and for many years to come.
The blend for the 2021 vintage is 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Merlot and 9% Petit Verdot .
12bottle suggestion: Decant the bottle for at least 2 hours and serve chilled at around 18°C. It goes perfectly with red meats, cheeses or an aperitif with cold meats.
