Château Chasse Spleen 2008
Bordeaux - Moulis - Cru Bourgeois - Red Wine -The Château Chasse Spleen 2008, a wine we love, a favorite.
This bourgeois vintage comes from Moulis-en-Médoc, the smallest name of the Médoc. Chasse Spleen produces some of the best Médoc wines, despite the fact that the Château does not appear in the 1855 ranking. This often makes them excellent value for money.
The Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot grape varieties are traditionally grown, harvested by hand and then aged for 18 months in new oak barrels.
The 2008 vintage of Chasse Spleen is a wine we love. The wine has a beautiful color is ruby red which invites to drink it. The nose has aromas of slightly peppery black fruits. In the mouth it is fruity, long, fat, the tannins are now melted. It is a very beautiful bottle. Excellent value for money, you will not be disappointed.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Open and decant 1 hour before to air well, enjoy it on a pan fried mushrooms, porcini mushrooms if it's the season, a real treat! to serve between 14 ° C and 16 ° C.
