Château Chasse Spleen 2011
Bordeaux - Moulis - Cru Bourgeois - Red Wine -The Chateau Chasse Spleen vintage 2011, vintage Bourgeois Moulis-en-Médoc appellation is a great success. Like all the wines of Chateau Chasse Spleen, it is at the level of the best classified growths of Médoc, but the domain being created a few years after the publication of the classification of 1855 it does not appear there.
Grown in a traditional way, the vines are then harvested by hand and aged for 12 to 18 months in new oak barrels. The grape varieties are characteristic of Médoc wines, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
This Chasse Spleen 2011 has all our affection. Especially for its fruit aromas and quality. It is a fresh and vegetal wine with woody notes, the finish is pleasant and vegetal. The dress is very dark, almost purple, her mouth is tender, very pleasant complex.
Perfect and easy for a dinner with friends or a family lunch. It is a sharing wine, elegant and pleasant for all palates. You will see he will not be forgotten!
The advice of 12bouteilles: The carafe 1 hour before to bring out all its fruit aromas! Enjoy between 15 and 17 ° with a piece of beef or an assortment of cheeses.
