The nose is very aromatic dominated by red (raspberry) and black (cherry) fruits, the mouth is long, persistent with a frank and greedy fruit attack, the finish is powerful, the tannins are so balanced that they already seem melted
The blend of the 2019 vintage is composed of 60% Merlot, 36% Cabernet Franc and 8% Cabernet Sauvignon.
The advice of 12bouteilles : A bottle that can wait for many years in your cellar. If you want to taste it, open the bottle at least 2 hours before serving it. It will go wonderfully with your meat, game and poultry.
