The nose is very aromatic, dominated by Cabernet Franc, with floral and spicy aromas, liquorice and then black fruits (raspberry) and (cherry).
On the palate the length is impressive, persistent with a frank and greedy attack of fruit, the finish is powerful, the tannins are so well balanced that they already seem to have melted.
The blend for the 2020 vintage is 65% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and 5% of Cabernet Sauvignon.
This is a bottle that can wait for many years in your cellar. If you feel like tasting it, open the bottle at least 6 hours before serving. It will go wonderfully with meat, game and poultry.
