This 2020 vintage presents a fine balance between acidity, a guarantee of long ageing, rich fruit and silky tannins.
The colour is intense red with violet highlights.
The nose is initially fruity, with aromas of black fruits such as cherries, followed by chocolate and roasted notes, and finally hints of vanilla.
The blend of the 2020 vintage is composed of 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 47% de Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc and 2% of Petit Verdot.
The 12bottle tip : A vintage that will be able to wait in your cellar, we recommend decanting it at least 3 hours before tasting so that it releases all its aromas. Serve chilled at around 17°C with meat, game or a strong cheese platter.
