Bordeaux - Pomerol - Red Wine -In this 2019 vintage, Château is a very great wine, a perfect balance between red fruits (Merlots and Cabernet Sauvignon), tannic structure and final richness.
To the eye, the color is ruby red, almost black with purple reflections.
On the nose it is a mixture of black fruits and spices that emerge then there are woody and vanilla aromas.
On the palate, the attack is frank, all in roundness, fruity and harmonious ending with powerful tannins.
Blend : 80% , 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Ageing : 75% in new French oak barrels, 25% of a wine for 126 months.
The advice of 12bouteilles : Decant the bottle at least 6 hours before tasting it, serve the wine chilled around 16-18°c. It will go perfectly with your red meats, game and cheese platters.
