Château Croix-Mouton 2016
Bordeaux - Bordeaux Supérieur - Red Wine -Château Croix-Mouton is a Bordeaux Superior wine appellation, property of the Janoueix family located on the right bank of the metropolis. Made from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes, this 2016 vintage is fresh, balanced and harmonious.
Its robe is dark garnet, purplish. Its nose reveals aromas of black fruits and slightly toasted notes. In the mouth, the attack is explosive and the finish is long. Blackcurrants, blackberries and a harmonious woody note.
This delicious 2064 vintage, gourmet and elegant is an excellent value for money!
The advice of 12bouteilles: Open it 1 hour before serving it. It will accompany perfectly the lamb.
When he invested in this area in 2008, Jean Philippe Janoueix bet on overcoming the prejudices of appellations and producing a very great Bordeaux wines in the humble appellation Bordeaux Supérieur.
Like Chateau Mouton Rothschild, Château Croix Mouton is changing its label every year, and fans are still waiting to discover its packaging for new vintages!
