Made from the young vines of Château d'Issan, this 2021 vintage is already delicious to drink.
To the eye, it is an intense red colour with violet highlights
On the nose, black fruits emerge, blackcurrants and cherries, followed by woody and vanilla notes
On the palate, the attack is straightforward and fruity, with good length and freshness.
The blend for the 2021 vintage is 52% Merlot, 46% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Petit Verdot .
12Bouteilles advice : If you like young, fruity, crisp wines, enjoy this bottle straight away. Decant the bottle at least 2 hours before serving and serve chilled at around 18°C. It is the perfect accompaniment to red meats and cheeses.
