Tasting notes for the 2024 vintage
The color is opaline pink with golden highlights.
The complex and intense nose reveals aromas of white fruits (peach), citrus, and bitter almonds, accompanied by delicate floral notes.
On the palate, the wine is round, full-bodied, and structured with a long, mineral finish. This is a gourmet rosé.
The advice of 12Bouteilles: A remarkably versatile wine, from the aperitif, through a lamb chop with rosemary or a spicy green curry, to the dessert. This rosé will accompany every step of your culinary experience!
