The 2018 vintage of La Croix Beaucaillou is an excellent wine that can be enjoyed young thanks to the silky tannins and perfect balance.
The Croix de Ducru-Beaucaillou is the second wine of Château Ducru-Beaucaillou. It is one of the largest estates in the Saint-Julien appellation with 245 hectares. The Chateau owes its fame thanks to its illustrious owners, Bertrand Ducru then Jean Eugène Borie who acquired the property in 1941.
Château Ducru-Beaucaillou has 75 hectares of vines on its estate, which give pride of place to Cabernet Sauvignon accompanied by Merlot. Anxious to always make great wines, Bruno Borie has been producing for several years an excellent second wine from a drastic selection of the first wine, La Croix Ducru-Beaucaillou.
