"The Durfort-Vivens 2021 turned out to be magnificent, rich, dynamic and super expressive. Above all, the 2021 is perfectly balanced. Black fruit, lavender, liquorice, leather and clove burst from the glass. Today, the 2021 is a baby. It needs time to get rid of its considerable tannins and for the acids to soften, although this may never happen completely."

The colour is a deep red with purple highlights
The nose gives off intense black fruit aromas and very elegant woody notes
The fruit dominates, bursting on the palate with good length and great freshness. The finish is never-ending!
70% of the wine was matured in new oak barrels and 30% in TAVA amphoras.
The blend of the 2021 vintage is 97% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Merlot.
