The wine is long, with aromas of red fruit on the palate, and the tannins are still quite tight, lending elegance to this bottle.

12bottle tip: Keep in your cellar, but if you ever open this magnificent bottle, decant it for at least 2 hours and serve chilled at around 18°C. It goes perfectly with meats and firm cheeses.
