La Sirène de Giscours 2020
Bordeaux - Margaux - 2nd Wine - Red Wine -La Sirène de Giscours 2020 is a magnificent Margaux, second wine of Château Giscours, it benefits from the same attention as the first wine.
It is vinified to be enjoyed younger than the Grand vin.
To the eye, the color is intense red with purple reflections.
On the nose, red fruits emerge, such as raspberry and redcurrant...
On the palate, the attack is delicious with crunchy fruits, a nice length on the palate with lots of freshness. the finish is elegant with very elegant tannins.
The wine blend is made up of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon; 15% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot.
The wines are aged for 12 months in oak barrels for 50% of the wine, the rest in vats.
The advice of 12bouteilles: A magnificent bottle of Margaux that you can already open, a great pleasure. Decant the bottle at least 1 hour before, serve the wine chilled around 18°c. It will go wonderfully with your red meats and cheeses.
