Château Grand-Puy Ducasse 2016
Bordeaux - Pauillac - 5e Cru Classé - Red Wine -Château Grand-Puy Ducasse is a 5th classified Grand Cru from Pauillac, its blend is composed of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot.
The 2016 vintage is a concentrated and dense wine.
The color is deep, intense, dark with purple reflections.
The nose gives off very delicious black fruit aromas with a very nice aromatic freshness.
In the mouth, it is the fruits that express themselves with ripe tannins. The finish is fresh and very balanced. This 2016 vintage is already very pleasant to drink and it can be stored for many years in your cellar.
Wine Advocate-Parker :
Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2016 Grand-Puy-Ducasse has scents of cassis, redcurrants, forest floor and bay leaves on the nose with a waft of charcoal. The medium-bodied palate is elegantly played with just enough fruit and chew, finishing earthy.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Open at least 2 hours before tasting.
