Ageing : 80% in new barrels for 18 months
The advice of 12bouteilles : A bottle to forget in your cellar for at least the next 5 years. If you want to taste it, decant the bottle at least 6 hours before, serve the wine chilled around 18°c. It will go wonderfully with your red meats and cheeses.
