Château Haut-Bailly 2013

Bordeaux - Pessac-Leognan - Cru Classé - Red Wine -

Château Haut-Bailly 2013 is the result of a complex balance between elegance, power, flexibility and timelessness!

Produced by Château Haut-Bailly, Cru Classé de Graves, this 2013 vintage comes from a blend of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc.

The harvest took place at the estate, located in the heart of Pessac-Léognan, between October 1st and 10th. Château Haut Bailly 2013 is adorned with a dark dress, good intensity.

The nose, fresh and fruity, releases aromas of cassis, vanilla and spring flowers. In the mouth, the attack is fresh, moderately intense but of great harmony. We recognize the unique taste of the wine. The tannins are a little supported for the moment but will soften with the conversation. Good finale.

The advice of 12bouteilles: This Cru Classé has a high in cellar potential, approximately 20 years. (2018-2028). It goes perfectly with meat, a good steak with Bordelaise sauce and porcini mushrooms for example.
