Bordeaux - Pessac-Leognan - Cru Classé - Red Wine -Château Haut Bailly 2019 seduced us with its incredible balance and intensity between crunchy fruits, well-integrated tannins, a beautiful acidity guaranteeing longevity for this bottle, and a fantastic length in the mouth.
To the eye, the dress is an intense red color almost black with purple reflections.
On the nose, black fruits emerge, blueberries, cherries, then woody and vanilla notes.
On the palate, the attack is full-bodied, very fruity, associated with a nice freshness then this nice harmonious length ending with silky tannins.
Blend : 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot.
The Advice of 12bouteilles : This bottle could wait for years in your cellar but you can appreciate it now as the finesse and the silky and ripe tannins are accessible. Decant it at least 6 hours before serving it. It will go wonderfully with your red meats and cheeses.
