Haut Bailly II in this 2020 vintage is a charming wine with silky tannins, a beautiful length in the mouth. The Merlots bring a lot of freshness, the wines are ripe rich and aromatic.The nose is dominated by black fruits, blueberries and cherries, followed by woody and vanilla notes
The palate is fresh, fruity and harmonious, finishing with silky tannins.

The 2020 vintage blend of Haut Bailly II more Merlot (60%),  combined with young vines produces a more accessible wine that will be ready to drink sooner.

Haut Bailly II is the Second wine of Château Haut Bailly, formerly known as La Parde de Haut Bailly, and benefits from the same care as the first wine.

The blend for the 2020 vintage is made up of  54% Merlot, 46% Cabernet Sauvignon

The 12bouteilles advice :  Decant the bottle at least 3 hours before serving. It will be the perfect accompaniment to your red meats and cheeses.
