Cuvée Paul 2020 vinatge is a sublime organic red wine produced by Château Haut-Bergey, in the Pessac-Léognan appellation. Made from a blend of Cabernet-Sauvignon and Merlot, this is a cuvée that shines with its intense fruit aromas.

The robe: intense ruby red with garnet highlights
The nose: red fruit aromas and some floral notes
The palate: aromatic purity, tension, freshness, we find again the aromas of red fruits raised by agrarian notes delivering a delicate and precise wine

Château Haut-Bergey belongs to the Garcin Cathiard family since 1991. The vineyard of about 40 hectares in the heart of Léognan and in the Pessac-Léognan appellation, is composed of 38 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet-Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec, as well as 2 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. The estate is endowed with a terroir of a rare complexity that allows the production of great wines and since 2016, under the impetus of Paul Garcin the vineyard is conducted in organic and biodynamic.
