Château Haut Marbuzet 2017
Bordeaux - Saint-Estèphe - Cru Bourgeois - Red Wine -Château Haut Marbuzet 2017 is a Cru Bourgeois from the appellation Saint Estèphe.
This is a ready-to-drink, delicious vintage at the moment,
The colour is deep red with some tile highlights
The nose gives off aromas of black fruit and a light, elegant oakiness
The palate is structured with tannins that have already melted and a lovely long finish
We love it!
This 2017 vintage of château Haut Marbuzet is a superb success. Henri Dubosq, current owner of the wine estate produces a wine with a personalised, voluptuous style, based on a winemaking process favouring unctuous tannins thanks to the high proportion of Merlot, maturing 100% in new oak barrels.
To achieve this, the grape varieties are 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc and 40% Merlot. These wines are powerful and spicy, seducing with their supple fruit and flamboyant style with characteristic exotic aromas.
The advice of 12bouteilles : Decant the bottle an hour before serving and serve at 17°C with red meat. A great Saint Estèphe wine from a perfect vintage.
