Bordeaux - Pomerol - Red Wine -Château l’évangile 2019 is a very great Pomerol, a magnificent bottle, a concentrated wine with a lot of freshness and elegance.
With its very ripe fruits, the mouth is full, long and greedy. We particularly appreciated the finesse of the tannins and the freshness of the Merlots, undoubtedly enhanced by the particularly successful Cabernet Francs in this 2019 vintage.
Blend: 83% Merlot , 16% Cabernet Franc , 1% Cabernet Sauvignon.
The advice of 12bouteilles : Certainly to keep in your cellar but if you come to open this magnificent bottle, decant it at least 2 hours or even 6 hours before tasting it, serve the wine chilled around 18°c. It will go perfectly with your meats and firm cheeses.
