Tasting notes :
Dress: a very deep purple-black color
Nose: energetic notes of red and black fruits and black plums, as well as floral and spicy aromas.
The palate : We find notes of black fruits framed by soft and velvety tannins and with enough freshness to finish with length and laced minerality.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Taste it with red meat or game. Serve around 16°-18°C
