Bordeaux - Haut Médoc - 3e Cru Classé - Red Wine -The 2017 vintage is a superb wine, already very pleasant to drink.
The color is dense, deep with some tiled reflections, characteristic of its evolution.
On the nose we find a lot of freshness with pretty notes of Blackcurrant and Blueberry.
The wines are supple, silky, balanced, the tannins are present but do not bring bitterness. A full and long finish that will go wonderfully with any red meat. We love.
Located in the Haut Médoc appellation, 3rd Cru Classé in 1855, Château la Lagune is the first Cru Classé that you will come across on the road from Bordeaux, just at the entrance to the Médoc.
Since the arrival of Caroline Frey at the head of the estate, the wines of Château La Lagune have been nuggets, vintage after vintage. The wines are now certified in Organic Agriculture with biodynamic farming practices. Each year, the constant quality of its wines amazes us.
