Tasting notes Beautiful dark color with bright red highlights. The nose is aromatic, fruity and ripe, while the woodiness is discreet and subtle. The attack is soft and suave, then the tannic substance appears without dominating, over a normal length. Barrel ageing will polish and refine the structure, making this Chapelle 2021 even more gourmet.
