Bordeaux - Pessac-Leognan - Red Wine -This 2015 vintage of Château Larrivet Haut-Brion comes from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, with a deep garnet red color. Its nose is a complex and charming bouquet, associating notes roasted, toasted with aromas of black fruit slightly vanilla. On the palate, the attack is sweet and dense, medium-bodied with impeccably melted tannins and a long finish.
Château Larrivet Haut Brion produces "exceptional vintage" wines from Graves in the Pessac-Léognan appellation in the Bordeaux region. The property was acquired in 1987 by the Gervoson family of the Andros group, who restored to this forgotten property its acclaim. In a few years, the property has grown from 17 hectares to 72 hectares of vines.
