The nose is all about white-fleshed fruits and grapefruit with a touch of vanilla.
In the mouth, it was the length that seduced us, crunchy on the attack, a mouth full of fruit, then a finish with very silky tannins.
The blend of the 2019 red vintage is composed of 75% Sauvignon, 25% Sémillon.
The advice of 12bouteilles : A vintage that will wait in your cellar, we recommend that you decant it at least 30 minutes before tasting so that it releases all these aromas. Serve it chilled around 12°C with oily fish.
