Château Latour Martillac 2014
Bordeaux - Pessac-Leognan - Cru Classé - White Wine -Château Latour Martillac 2014 white is a rare wine. The vintage is perfect, a subtle balance between acidity and length in the mouth, an exceptional success of the property. The majority blend of Sémillon gives precise and chiselled wines.
The color of Château Latour Martillac 2014 is gilded with green hues, the intense and greedy nose emphasizes notes of white fruit and pineapple. On the palate, lemony notes and a nice acidity are present at the entrance, the long finish reveals hints of orange zest.
In 12 bottles, we love the wines of Château Latour Martillac. The reds are more diffused but if you do not know the white ones, it is a gems to discover absolutely.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Serve this 10 ° fresh wine with a white-fleshed fish or on a cooked pasta cheese platter (amazing on an old Gouda).
Rated 90-92 by Robert Parker en primeur, the Château saw its note raised to 93/100 during the tasting as deliverable, a gems of Pessac-Léognan to discover urgently.
