Château Latour 2013
Bordeaux - Pauillac - 1er Cru ClasséCru Classé - Red Wine -
Owned by François Pinault since 1993, Château Latour is one of the oldest castles in the Médoc. This wine is one of the most popular and famous wines in the world today and is made with the best grapes from Enclos, which is an unprecedented historic terroir around the Château de Latour. Harvesting is done manually, stirring is piecemeal and the extracts are made in stainless steel tanks and then aged in new oak barrels from the Allier and Nièvre forests. This Chateau Latour 2013 is a blended wine, it is made of 95,2 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 4,4 % Merlot, et 0,4 % Petit Verdot
Tasting note:
The dress : The color is garnet, intense
The nose: reveals red and black fruits with delicate spices
The mouth: suave, and of great delicacy. It evolves on a final with a deep tannicity, unctuous and deliciously tasty.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Château Latour goes well with aperitifs, starters, main dishes. It will go perfectly with your red meat dishes such as lamb or beef. Serve between 14 ° C and 16 ° C
