Château le Crock 2019
Bordeaux - Saint-Estèphe - Cru Bourgeois - Red Wine -Château Le Crock 2019 is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (53%), Merlot (33%), Cabernet Franc (9%) and Petit Verdot (5%).
Both rich and powerful, the wines have lovely aromatic complexity.
The colour is a beautiful, dark, intense
Fine, intense bouquet of black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherry) and creaminess
On the palate, the wine is fruity from the outset, dense with silky tannins.
Located in Saint-Estephe, Château Le Crock is owned by the Cuvelier family and benefits from an exceptional terroir between Cos d'Estournel and Haut-Marbuzet. It is now one of the finest Crus Bourgeois, which extends over 32.5 hectares of Garonne gravel and clay.
The advice of 12bouteilles.com: Open the bottle and if possible decant it at least 1 hour before the tasting so that the aromas regain their fullness. Serve chilled around 18 ° C. This bottle will be perfect with a duck breast, an "entrecôte à la bordelaise".
