The nose is expressive, a concentrate of very ripe red fruit and floral notes then a very elegant woodiness takes over.
Long on the palate, powerful, generous, fleshy and greedy. A fresh attack, the texture of the mid-palate is enveloping and reveals a precise tannic framework and a very typical finesse Saint Julien.
The blend of the 2020 vintage is composed of 81% Cabernet sauvignon 11% Cabernet Franc, 8% Merlot
The 2020 vintage was matured in barrels for 16 months.
