Les Ormes de Pez 2015
Bordeaux - Saint-Estèphe - Cru Bourgeois - Red Wine -Owned by the Cazes Family (Lynch Bages in Pauillac), Les Ormes de Pez is one of the most famous crus bourgeois in the Saint Estèphe appellation.
The 2015 vintage of Les Ormes de Pez is composed of 49% Merlot, 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. This atypical blend for the property mainly Cabernet has produced a harmonious wine.
The 2015 vintage is a rather powerful wine and delicious to drink now. The nose has a beautiful freshness of cherry black fruits, cherries ... On the palate the wine has a lot of length, fat with a structure still quite tannic but well absorbed by the quality of the fruit.
The advice of 12bouteilles: It is a young wine, decant the at least 2 hours before tasting it to release the aromas. To serve fresh 17 ° it will accompany perfectly game and meats in sauce.
The delivery of the 2015 vintage, will take place by the end of the year 2017 from the provision by each Château.
